Position: Administrator Consultant
Salary is negotiable
Location: Cape Town
Responsibility:
Manage houses and vehicle which rent by company.
Manage office stationary and grocery.
Manage the drivers and cleaners team and the receptionist.
Manage the supplier resource and collect and analyze the information.
Manage the office assets such as photocopiers, computers and faxes, print machines.
File papers and documents.
Deal with other duties such as banking, credit control or payroll functions.
Other tasks assigned by managers.
Requirement:
Be able to work methodically, accurately and neatly.
Good oral and written communication skills
Work actively and passionately
Be able to work as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft office applications |
