主要职责
(Job Description)
- Maintaining, updating and evaluation of the CRM system, fully responsible for orders booking
- Liaising with HQ Business Management Operations to ensure pre-sales and after-sales internal procedures and order fulfillment
- Assisting in payments collection
- Sales planning and control, incl. stock level optimization and logistics
- Maintaining and updating internal documentation and ensures high data accuracy
- Support for projects from initial customer contact through the presale phase to implementation;
- Optimization of internal processes and procedures of cooperation between various departments and locations
- Assistance in planning and controlling all sales activities and customer acquisition campaigns;
- Supporting the coordination of sales activities of various international locations using logistic online portal;
- Responsible for creating and consolidating various reports from the commercial team
- Building up and maintaining of customer database.

• Bachelor;s Degree in Economics/Business/Finance
• At least 4 years of demonstrable experience in administration/ operations
• Experience working in cross-functional global teams
• Proficiency in excel and CRM-systems
• Ability to work autonomously and multi-task even under periods of heavy workload
