1月20日，约堡自来水公司称：Nothriding及周边地区将停水两天。
这是为了修复700 AC的主供水管道。停水从19日晚间22点持续到21日晚间19点。
22日，供水将会全面恢复。
受影响的地区将包括：
Northriding、Kya Sands、Northlands Business和Deco Park、Bloubosrand、Johannesburg North、Noordgang、Craigavon部分地区、Maroeladal、Cedar Lakes、Cedar Creek、Broadacres、Cedar Avenue West、Needwood、Chartwell、Farmall、Steyn City。
市政方面的水箱将位于：
• Cedar Lakes 和BP加油站Broadacres Shopping centre
• Northlands Business和Deco Park
• Agulhas Road 的Crèche
• Hyperion Road (Hampstead gardens)
• Cedar Creek
• Precision Street
• Cedar Ave West的Thorntree complex
• Talavera complex
• Runnymead和3rd Road, Chartwell
