3.协助销售人员处理订货，发货事宜
4.具备熟练英语文字，语言沟通能力。性别、年龄、国籍不限。
Responsible for the supply management: liaising with suppliers,coordinating the procurement of the goods. Manage, track and coordinate export/logistic process (local & cross border shipments). Preparing documentation and administration relating to export and domestic shipments. Logistics administration (including delivery notes and relevant documentation). Managing the relationship between agents: governmental departments, freight forwarders and clients. Maintaining effective relationships and communication channels with logistics partners. Assist Sales team with export quotations via road, air and other requests.
Some experience as an Export Logistics coordinator
Knowledge of export regulations
Knowledge and experience of export process to SADC countries
Language of Chinese / Portuguese /French will be advantage |
